Terms of service

The service is provided by Smart Solutions Jacques, a French micro-entreprise, 340 rue de Nancy, 54690 Eulmont, France. SIREN/SIRET and VAT registration numbers are pending. Contact: support@safecreators.io.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.

SafeCreators searches supported communities and, where available, follows external hosting references; produces source-neutral metrics and censored evidence; and can prepare monitoring, search delisting and removal work included in your plan. Growth Shield includes facial-recognition-based open-web search after explicit consent.

Coverage is not the entire internet and can change when sources become unavailable, protected, edited or deleted. Counts are observed minimums, not a complete inventory.

You confirm that you control, represent, or are duly authorised by the creator profile submitted and have authority to request the scan and any removal action. You may not use the service to stalk, harass, identify, impersonate or investigate another person, or to redistribute evidence.

You must not submit unlawful material, defeat access controls, interfere with workers or infrastructure, resell individual evidence, or make false copyright, privacy or platform reports. We may request proof of identity, ownership, copyright or authority.

Requested scans begin immediately after purchase or activation. Takedowns are separate processes and may take materially longer. Hosts, forums, search engines and other recipients control their own review and response times.

You may need to provide additional documents, declarations, identification, ownership evidence or a power of attorney. Failure to provide reasonably requested documents can pause or prevent a request. We never guarantee removal, search delisting, timing, revenue recovery or that removed content will not reappear.

Current features and prices are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where mandatory law or the no-results review below applies, started billing periods are not prorated.

Taxes are calculated as applicable. We may change future prices or plan contents with advance notice; changes do not retroactively alter a paid period.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of an online service contract to withdraw. Before paid checkout, you expressly request that scanning begin immediately during that period and acknowledge that, once the requested service has been fully performed, your withdrawal right may be lost. If you withdraw before full performance, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied.

To withdraw, email support@safecreators.io with your name, account email, plan, order date and an unequivocal statement that you withdraw. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Model withdrawal wording: “To Smart Solutions Jacques, 340 rue de Nancy, 54690 Eulmont, France / support@safecreators.io: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” An electronic signature is needed only if you send the notice on paper.

If a first paid scan completes without any observed matching thread, post, external host or media result, you may ask support for a refund review within 14 days of the completed report. We may refund the initial payment after confirming the result. This is not an automatic removal or outcome guarantee and normally does not apply to custom agency work, renewed monitoring periods, or work already performed beyond the scan. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct, false authority claims, abuse of evidence, or material breach. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

We retain rights in the SafeCreators service, software, reports and branding. You retain rights in material you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process submitted profiles and evidence only to provide, secure and improve the requested service and carry out authorised removal work.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those rules, we are not liable for independent third-party platforms, unavailable sources, inaccurate third-party content, reuploads, indirect loss or lost profits. For business customers, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.

French law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in any court available under applicable consumer law. Business disputes are subject to the competent courts in France after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter through support.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@safecreators.io.
