3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information for the effective provision of services.
You must own the rights to the content you request us to monitor and protect.

4. Confidentiality

The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and professional information provided by clients. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive monitoring and takedown service possible, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all unauthorized content. The success of takedown requests may depend on various external factors beyond our control. In case a takedown is not successfull, a refund is guaranteed for the takedown service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payment Terms: Payments for services are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the service does not meet your expectations (see Article 5 for unsuccessful takedowns). Subscription fees are non-refundable and renewal can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property related to the services are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Company does not guarantee the complete removal of leaked content.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if we believe a client is violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
